At EggPlantPost, we strive to provide high-quality, unique gifts. However, due to the perishable nature of our products (eggplant), we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds. Please read the following details about our policy:
1. Eligibility for Refunds/Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been placed, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. Eggplant gifts are fresh and perishable, so we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will assist you in resolving the issue, which may include offering a replacement or store credit.
3. Custom Orders
All custom orders, including personalized messages and images, are final and cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged during transit.
